摘　　要： 软件服务的目的是提供业务流程的重用和信息资源、软硬件资源的共享,而软件服务的普及应用要解决的重要问题是软件服务费用的计量问题。本文研究服务计费的前提和特点,分析指出IBM等公司提出的计费方案的不足,参考借鉴电信增值业务SMS、WAP的计费流程,以及KERBEROS,RADIUS两种认证协议的内容,电子商务SET安全协议所采用的安全技术,提出一个分布式软件服务的计费方案。计费方案的特点和创新是:(1)充分考虑计费参与各方的合法权益和技术发展的需要,选择合理的计费模型进行设计;(2)创新地引入SR归属和SP归属的概念(也即服务归属),可以方便地构建“全网”和实现“一点接入,全网服务”;(3)方案设计的指导思想是尽量避免自创技术体系,而是在现有WEBSERVICES的技术体系基础上进行扩展和封装实现,并且具有一定的安全性;(4)不但考虑技术的可行性,而且给出了服务计费的商业运营模式和应用场景。论文还在该计费方案的基础上,具体探讨了基于WEBSERVICES部署的软件服务计费的实现,研究了计费网关的构建、SOAP头的应用、利用复杂类型实现自定义协议等具体的实现问题。 Software service provides a mechanism for business process reuse and sharing of Internet resources: information, software and hardware. The billing of software service is an important issue that should be considered in further application. Aiming at this problem, preconditions and characteristics of software service billing are discussed firstly. After pointing out the shortcomings of the billing schemes proposed by IBM etc., the billing process of SMS and WAP in value-added telecom services is investigated. In order to gain some valuable ideas, two Authentication protocol-Kerberos and RADIUS are consulted. In addition, security technology used in the SET protocol is also analyzed. Based on the above analysis and investigation, a billing scheme for distributed software service is proposed in this paper.The innovation and characteristics of this scheme mainly reside in: /(1/) Based on a feasible billing model, this scheme not only guarantee legal rights of each role in billing process but also fulfill the development of technology. /(2/) Each service requester /(or provider/) is attached to a billing gateway, in this way we can build a 'whole network ' and implement 'connect in one place, access everywhere'. /(3/) The implementation of this scheme extends and encapsulates Web Services protocols, avoids establishing new technology architecture. /(4/) Not only the feasibility of the scheme is considered, but also a business operating model and the application scene of software service billing are provided.Finally, implementation of billing based on Web Services are investigated. Some advices such as how to build the gateway, the adoption of the SOAP header and how to define custom protocol based on complex type are also given in this paper. Primary experiments suggest that this scheme is feasible and effective, which can be used for reference in further research.
