摘　　要： 该试验采用b超声诊断仪对健康北京犬的肝、胆囊、脾、肾、膀胱的超起图像进行了 系统研究,详细描述了健康善下上述各器官的超声图谱,为诊断犬属动物肝、胆囊、脾、肾、膀胱疾患 提供了参考标准. In order to provide the reference standard of clinic examination of healthy organs of the Pekingee's, this paper with B-mode ultrasonograph studied the ultrasonogram of liver、 gall-bladder、 spleen、 kidney and bladder of Pekingese's, systermatizdly prescribed the ultrasonogram of the five organs thoroughly In this test, though the ultrasonic examination of Pekingese's liver, gall-bladder, spleen, kidney bladder, provided ultrasonic examination's point and methods of above organs. At the same time, measured the varies value of ultrasonography The varied range of transverse diameter and area of hepatic are 61.75±18.25 mm and 118.93±5.16 cm~2 respectively; the varied range of length、width and volume of gall-bladder are 34.4±0.9 mm, l7.2±0.3mm and 7.7±0.4 cm~2 respectively; The varied range of head width and tail width of spleen are 26.3±4.8 mm and l4.2±4.6mm respectively; The varied range of length and it's K value. width and it's K valus. volume and it's K value of kidney are 43.45±4.62 mm. 0.71±0.07mm 23.4±3.1mm, 0.38±0.09 and 18.55±3.17cm~2, 0.30±0.20 respectively; the varied range of diameter and volume of bladder are 47.2±2.7 mm and 48.0±5.9 cm~2 respectively. All these values are not significant with those of dissecting measarements by significant test. This paPer also analyze the correlation of the values of the five organs between the age, weight and sexuality of Pekingese's. This test aiso examined the pathological pattem of the hepatic abscess, gall Stones, renal abscess, splenic rupture and vesical calculus, explain the echo principle of above pathological pattern and prescribed the ultrasonography thoroughly, provided the theoretical basis of above pathological patterm's disease diagnosis. This test compared varied value between the ultrasonic measurement of Pekingese's normal hepar gall-bladder, spleen, kidney, gladder and dissecting measurment. it's result provided clinical diagnostic basis.
