软开关双向dc-dc变换器的研究

摘  要: 双向dc-dc变换器(bidirectionaldc-dcconverters)是能够根据需要调节能量双向传输的直流到直流的变换器.随着科技和生产的发展,对双向dc-dc变换器的需求日益增多,主要有直流不停电电源系统、航天电源系统、直流电机驱动系统、混合能源电动汽车等应用场合.该文中从双向dc-dc变换基本变换单元入手,导出了多种新型软开关双向dc-dc变换基本变换单元.根据不同的变换器拓扑构成和控制原理,提出了两大类新型软开关双向dc-dc变换器族,分别为'复合有源钳位pwm控制双向dc-dc变换器族'和'零电压开关相移控制双向dc-dc变换器族'.文中讲述了两类新型软开关双向dc-dc变换器族的产生原理,并各自通过3个新型软开关双向dc-dc变换器的实例详细说明变换器的工作原理,进行了建模分析,最后给出了电路仿真结果和实验结果. Bidirectional DC-DC converters allow the transfer of power between two DC sources in either direction. They are increasingly used in applications such as DC uninterruptible power supplies, aerospace power systems, DC motor drive systems, and hybrid-energy electric vehicles. Employing soft-switching techniques in bidirectional DC-DC converters reduces switching loss and improves efficiency of the converters. The soft-switching converters can operate in higher frequency. As a result, the converters will have high power density and fast dynamic response. In this dissertation, two new families of soft-switching bidirectional DC-DC converters are proposed according to different topology configurations and control methods, i.e. a family of compound active-clamped PWM bidirectional DC-DC converters and a family of zero-voltage-switching phase-shift bidirectional DC-DC converters. The converters are composed of various fundamental bidirectional switch cells. The proposed soft-switching bidirectional DC-DC converters' topologies are very simple. All of active switches in the converters can achieve soft switching in both forward and backward operation modes, so switching losses of the converters are reduced. Most of the converters can maintain soft switching in wide load range. Moreover, synchronous rectifier operation and less circulating energy make conduction losses of the converters reduced. The converters have high efficiency and fast response. In addition, the soft-switching techniques in the dissertation also can be used for reference in some unidirectional DC-DC converters. The generations of the two new families are explained. Taken as examples of the new families, the operation principles and analyses of six particular converters are illustrated, respectively. Simulation results and experimental results are also presented.
