基于omap5910的无线流媒体系统的设计与实现

摘  要: 随着近几年电子技术的蓬勃发展,人们对通信业务的要求越来越高,已经不再满足于通过手机等无线设备实现语音通信,或者仅仅通过pc观看流媒体视频节目,人们希望可以享受到无线的实时的视频业务,进一步说,希望可以享受到无线的流媒体业务。随着无线通信,如3g、wimax等系统的不断商用,数字信号处理技术,如mpeg4、h.264等信号处理算法的成熟,以及高性能、低功耗处理器的出现,使得便携式终端上的无线流媒体业务成为可能。本文正是针对这种需要,给出了基于omap5910平台的无线流媒体终端的解决方案,以实现实时的无线的流媒体传输和播放。 在硬件方面,以ti公司的双核处理器omap5910为核心处理器,通过emif接口外接网络接口模块,进行网络通信;通过lcd接口外接触摸显示屏,实现人机交互;通过mmc/sd接口外接sd存储卡,作为外挂存储器。在软件方面,选择嵌入式linux作为操作系统,设计了dsp的mmu接口和内存分配、arm和dsp双核通信的mailbox命令的宏定义,详细说明了音视频解码的工作流程。此外,还根据avi的riff文件格式编程实现了对avi头信息的提取分析工作。 实验结果表明,通过对omap5910的arm核和dsp核进行编程、优化,可以实现图象大小为176×144、帧速率为25帧/秒的实时流媒体业务的传输与播放。 With the vigorous development of electronic technology recent years, people’s needs of communication services become higher and higher. People have not been satisfied with audio services through the wireless terminal like hand phones, or the streaming media program through PC. They wish to enjoy the wireless real time video services. On the other word, they want to enjoy the wireless streaming media services. Nowadays, with the development of wireless communication, 3G, WLAN are used in business. The new signal processing algorithms, like MPEG4, H.264, come out. And the high performance and low power processors emerge. All of them made this wireless streaming media services on portable terminal possible. Just because of this needs, a kind of wireless streaming media terminal based on OMAP5910 is proposed, whose is aim is implementing wireless, real time streaming media transmission and play. On the hardware aspect, dual core processor, OMAP5910 is used as the core processor in the resolution. It connects with the network interface module through EMIF interface, and connects with touching LCD screen through LCD interface, and connects with SD card through MMC//SD interface. On the software aspect, the embedded Linux system is installed as the operating system. MMU interface and the allocation of memory are designed. The command of mailbox for communication between ARM and DSP also was designed. The flow of Audio//Video decoding was given detailedly. Additionally, the paper implemented the extraction and analysis of the header of AVI according to AVI RIFF format by programming. The experimental result shows that, through the programming and optimizing of the software of both the ARM core and the DSP core on OMAP5910, the real time streaming media transmission and play can be implemented. The size of the video is 176×144 and the rate is 25 frame per second.
