摘 要: 近年来,人们逐渐认识到,生态系统服务功能是人类生存与现代文明的基础。生态系统服务功能价值评估也越来越受到人们的重视,人们开始从不同角度探讨生态系统的各种服务功能和评价方法,生态系统服务功能价值评估目前已成为该领域研究的前沿课题。 由于橡胶产业在全球的重要地位,目前无论是国内还是国外,对橡胶产业生态系统服务功能及其价值的认识越来越深刻,核算工作相关成果也逐渐增多,这些成就虽然各有特色,甚至在某些方面有一定的创新,但要很好地解决橡胶产业生态系统服务功能及其价值计量,依然存在一些问题,多数评估仅限于静态,动态评估查询研究还很少,单单依靠传统的方法不仅耗时耗费,而且无法做到动态信息的可视化。 因此,本研究希望通过应用现有的橡胶产业生态系统服务功能价值评估方法,结合webgis技术与方法,快速、准确获得海南农垦橡胶产业及其生态环境的空间和属性数据,在海南农垦总局的调查资料的基础上,建立海南农垦橡胶产业生态系统服务功能及其价值的webgis。在此平台上,科学地、较为准确地计算出海南农垦橡胶产业生态系统的各类服务功能的价值,并且利用webgis强大的空间分析和管理数据的能力,对各类服务功能的价值进行动态评估并将其落实到每个小斑上,最终为人们提供一个较为准确实现图形、属性信息的交互式查询、分析;形象生动且易于操作的评估查询系统。信息技术的运用加速了海南橡胶产业的可持续发展。 研究结论为: (1)对海南农垦橡胶产业生态系统服务功能价值进行评估。在对橡胶产业的经济价值进行核算的同时,也对生态及社会价值进行了计量,如实的反映了生态系统所提供的全部服务功能价值。 (2)利用gis技术对海南农垦橡胶产 In recent years, it has been known gradually that ecosystem service functions are the base of mankind subsistence and the modern civilization. The assessment methods of service function of the ecosystem gained much more recognition. People start probing into various service functions of ecosystem and theirs assessment methods. The value assessment of ecosystem service function has become most popular topic in this research realm. Because the important status of rubber industry in global at present, regardless of at home or overseas, understanding of rubber industry ecosystem service function and its value were more and more profound. The calculation work correlation achievement also gradually increases, these achievements although respectively have the characteristics, even some of them has the certain innovation in certain aspects, but there are still some problems in solving the rubber industry ecosystem service function and its the value measurement, most assessments are only restricted in the static state, the dynamic assessment inquiry research are also few. Assessments solely depending upon traditional the methods, which are time consuming, can not make the dynamic information visible. Therefore, based on the WebGis technique and the assessment methods, we hope to establish a WebGis, on this platform, all kinds of service function value can be calculated scientifically and quickly. By using the strong ability of WebGis to manage and analyze the database, all kinds of service function value can be assessed dynamically, and the function value can be illustrated in each patch. At last, an inquiry and assessment system, which was vivid and easy to manipulate, was provided to calculate truly the service function value of the rubber industry ecosystem. This system can realize the interactive inquiry and analysis between the sketch and attribute information. Using of information technique can certainly accelerate the sustainable development of rubber industry of Hainan State Farm Bureau/(HSFB/).
