摘　　要： 本文从研究以电力企业为代表的电力系统信息化现状入手,详细调查了目前电力企业信息化的现实条件、系统分析了当前信息系统存在的不足以及新形势下进一步发展面临的各种困难,明确提出了以企业门户的设计理念建立信息管理的门户网站的解决方案. 在本文的设计方案中,作者通过对系统需求和功能需求的解析,为门户系统设计了表示层、应用层和数据层的三层应用架构,并从权限管理、单点登录、表示层展现机制以及信息整合等多个方面详细阐述了系统的功能设计及实现方法. This paper obtains from the research take the electric power enterprise as representative's electrical power system information present situation, The close investigation at present electric power enterprise information actual condition, under the system analysis current information system existence insufficiency as well as the new situation further developed each kind of difficulty which faced, explicitly proposed by the enterprise portal design idea establishment information management portal website solution. In the design proposal, the author through to the system demand and the function demand analysis, for the portal system design expression level, the application level and the data level three applications overhead construction, and from the jurisdiction management, the simple point registered, the expression level unfolds the mechanism as well as the information conformity and so on many aspects in detail elaborated the system functional design and the realization method .
