“txz”微小卫星结构设计与分析

摘  要: 现代小卫星由于其自身的诸多优点,如成本低、研制周期快和功能密度高等,已在世界范围内得到了越来越多的应用和重视,尤其适合高校研制并以此为契机进行相关学科建设。在此背景下,南京航空航天大学启动了“txz”微小卫星的研制工作。本文根据“txz”微小卫星的研制任务要求,以卫星的总体设计为依据,针对微小卫星的特点,对卫星的结构分系统进行了方案设计、布局设计、结构设计和结构分析计算等工作。 主要的工作包括:详细的介绍了微小卫星的结构构型设计的过程和设计结果,给出了设计依据,结构构型设计包括卫星的外形设计、整星的布局设计和主承力结构的详细设计;在结构设计的基础上,在msc.patran软件中进行了整星的有限元建模,针对卫星结构的特点和布局,对结构进行了相应的简化和模拟;根据运载部门所提供的载荷条件及边界条件,利用msc.patran软件对卫星整体进行了静力分析、模态分析、正弦响应分析和随机振动响应分析,并对各个计算结果进行了分析讨论;最后基于所作的力学分析数据,对所设计的卫星结构构型及主承力结构的力学性能作了分析,给出了最终的结论。 Modern small satellite has been popular all over the world since its obviously merits such as low cost, short period of design and development, high density of function and so on. And it is especially fit for university to design and develop. Because of all above, NUAA/(Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics/) started a project of“TXZ”micro-satellite. Founded on the project, a structure has been designed and analyzed for“TXZ”micro-satellite in this dissertation. In the dissertation, it has been introduced both process of the structure design and corresponding achievement. In detail, shape design, configuration design and main structure design have been completed according to the design requirement of“TXZ”micro-satellite. And founded on the structure design, a finite element model of“TXZ”micro-satellite has been established in MSC.PATRAN. Then static analysis, mode analysis, sine vibration response analysis and stochastic vibration response of the structure have been calculated in the software. Then, the results of the calculation have been given and analyzed in the paper. Finally, the conclusion shows that the design of the structure is satisfied with the requirement of“TXZ”micro-satellite.
