摘　　要： 供应链质量管理是供应链管理和质量管理两个领域的研究者和实践者所面临的新问题，在供应链中，不仅存在着物流、信息流、资金流，还伴随着质量流和质量信息流，在前人研究的基础上，本文主要探讨供应链中的质量流动规律以及供应链成员如何通过协作、协调来实现供应链质量系统协同运行的问题。 首先，探讨供应链管理和质量管理的结合的切入点，并将供应链运行参考模型(scor)的流程管理思想引入到二者的结合中来，探讨不同供应链中存在着一般性的质量管理方法的可能性，构建基于scor质量单元的供应链质量运行系统，以及该系统的协同运行机制。其次，探究了供应链质量传递过程中当协同缺失时存在的另外一类牛鞭效应——质量缺陷牛鞭效应，认为由于上游供应商所提供的原材料或零部件存在质量缺陷以及下游的检验过程不完美所引起的供应链质量缺陷牛鞭效应，所导致的质量风险将给供应链成员带来巨大的损失。 再次，从合约化质量控制的角度探讨基于scor的供应链质量系统中的质量控制问题，利用协同的思想和方法作为指导，从合作博弈出发来构建供应链质量控制机制，克服了以往质量管理中注重管理技术而忽略了不同主体之间的管理协调的非合作博弈的局限，认为供应链质量管理只有在供应链网络成员之间充分的沟通和协调机制下运作，才有可能减弱供应链的质量缺陷效应。 最后，提出了针对各个scor质量流程的质量协调策略，将基于scor的供应链协同质量管理落实在各个质量流程的合作和集成上，并辅以保证其通畅运行的质量信息系统的支撑，并根据scor的集成框架和质量改进的特点，提出质量改进的方法。 在此基础上，将基于scor的供应链协同质量管理的理论和方法应用于我国的大型机械工程企业——柳工装载机厂的质量管理流程诊断中，针对各个质量流程来对其质量管理现状进行分析，提出提高其供应链质量管理水平的改进方向和对策建议。 The problem about supply chain quality management is concerned by the researchers and practitioners in supply chain and quality management fields. In the operation of supply chain, material, information and financial are three main flows, at the same time, they are accompanied with quality flow and quality information flow. Based on the literature review, the thesis mainly discuss the rules of quality flow in supply chain and how supply chain members collaborate and coordinate with each other to achieve the synergetic operation of supply chain quality system. Firstly, it finds the cut-in point to integrate supply chain management with quality management , and introduces the process idea of Supply Chain Operation Reference model /(SCOR/)into the integration , and establishes supply chain quality operation system base on SCOR quality units by discussing the feasibility of general quality management methods in different supply chains ,pointing that the coordination between intra and inter company supply is the groundwork of supply chain quality management. Secondly, it researches into another bullwhip effect called quality defect bullwhip effect in the process of quality defect propagation , and considers that the quality defect bullwhip effect ant its risk caused by the uncertainty of upstream product quality compounded by the downstream inspection process will leads to huge loss .Thirdly, it defines the contract quality and designs the cooperative game quality control mechanism, thinks that supply chain quality management must be conducted under the environment of coordination and communication between supply chain members in order to decrease the of quality defect effect .Finally, it establishes the supply chain quality management frame following the thoughts from the operational to strategic level. In the end, its puts forward some suggestions for LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the analysis of its present situation about supply chain quality management.
