摘　　要： With technological development and social progress, In the state's statutory inspection bodies established by the laboratory has become more large-scale, structural integration, system complexity, equipment, experimental high-grade groups, The resulting laboratory management are becoming increasingly complex. As the country's statutory inspection bodies, the test report shall be issued by the force of law. In order to ensure that laboratory testing data provided by the real effective, in addition to the advanced testing equipment, high-quality testing to personnel, the high level of modern management is also very important, It is also the assessment of laboratory capacity is an important aspect. With computer technology, network technology and database technology to the rapid development of these technologies through the establishment of a laboratory information management system to improve the management level of a modern laboratory and become a laboratory management to elevate the standard and competitiveness of the most effective way. Therefore, this thesis is based on the drug testing industry as a background, laboratory information management systems research, design and implementation. This paper first drug testing industry, laboratory information management system, namely, LIMS /(Laboratory Information Management System/) the basic concepts and the development process were introduced, And then study and analyze the current system in China and abroad LIMS software Laboratory implementation, Laboratory in China to discuss the current problems in the implementation of LIMS presents a suitable drug testing industry, Laboratory Information Management System program, finally, through this paper on the laboratory information management systems research, design and implementation of their solution. In this paper, the first detection of LIMS in the pharmaceutical industry's needs analysis, requirements analysis and design of the system according to the overall architecture to meet business functional requirements, in designing architecture based on the module partition, write code, through the practical work of the testing, the final achieve the industry needs to adapt to the drug testing laboratory information management system. The significance of research results in this paper is:really LIMS successfully applied to the state's legal drug testing in the laboratory management of institutions to solve the problem of the past, systems integration and implementation of the localization of the problem of low success rate. Meanwhile, to the drug testing laboratory industry, opened out with modern high-tech means to manage the new laboratory model of modern management.
