新型聚丙烯酸浆料性能及其应用研究

摘  要: Sizing is a very important process during the making of textile production and the weaving efficiency and the quality of fabric are mostly decided by the sizing. Starch, polyvinyl alcohol /(PVA/) and poly-acrylic size are the main sizes used in textile now and the mixed sizes of starch and PVA are widely applied in the sizing of high-density of cotton or cotton//polyester fabrics. Although PVA size has many advantages such as high tensile strength and good resistance property of the size film, it will caused serious pollution to the environment by large use of it for its special structure /(well arrangement of molecular and poorly bio-degradability/).In recent years, with the enhancement of environmental protection people began to pay attention to green textiles and green size. A number of experts at home and abroad have gradually raised the point of view with few or without PVA in the process of sizing. Because of the advantages of the diversiform of molecular structure, water-soluble and biodegradable poly-acrylic acid sizes are play more and more important part to take place of PVA and form mixture size with starch,which will reduce the pollution of environment by sizing process. To reduce the pollution to the environment by sizing, this paper will use a new poly-acrylic acid size as raw material and study the characteristics of different size, the formed film by different contents of mixed size and the performance to the warp by the mixed sizes. According to the test of biological degradation of different kinds of size, it was found that the new poly-acrylic acid size has good biodegradation properties. According to study of the characteristics of mixed size, it was found that when the new poly-acrylic acid size replace the PVA more than 15/% in slurry, it has a good miscibility property. The viscosity of Novel poly-acrylic acid mixture size was smaller than experience size and the mixed size has excellent thermal stability, viscosity stability. With the more part of the new poly-acrylic acid size to replace PVA in the mixed size, the permeability of the slurry would be better. According the research of the mixed sizes film with novel poly-acrylic acid, it was found that the strength and elongation of the mixed size film was less than of size film of PVA, but with the same proportion of the new poly-acrylic acid size and common ones the property of formed size film were similar when the replacement ratio was no more than 25/%, which meet the requirement of warp sizing. The mixed size film with novel poly-acrylic acid has small moisture characteristics, which could improve the property of size film formed by common poly-acrylic acid and be good to weaving and improve the weaving efficiency. The water-soluble property of mixed size films with new poly-acrylic acid was better than those by PVA mix and ordinary poly-acrylic acid size. When the replacement ratio of the new acrylic acid to PVA was more than 35/%, the toughness property of the mixed size film was obviously deteriorated. When the replacement ratio was less than 25/%, the film still has a good toughness property. Using the new poly-acrylic acid size and preparing mixed size with PVA and starch and studying the morphology,strength and elongation as well as abrasion performance of the sized yarn it was found that with the increasing of the proportion of the poly-acrylic acid to replace the PVA, the hairiness of the sized yarn increase. When the replacement of poly-acrylic acid size to PVA was less than 25/%, the sized warp yarn met the requirements of weaving and the coated and infiltration property of the sized yarn was good.
