摘 要: 在混合型非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100和乳化剂OP存在下,研究了3,5-二溴-4-偶氮间苯二酚苯基荧光酮(DBARPF)与钨(Ⅵ)显色反应的光度特征,建立了光度法测定微量钨(Ⅵ)的新方法.在0.32mol/LHCl介质中,DBARPF与钨(Ⅵ)及表面活性剂形成胶束络合物,最大吸收波长位于538nm处,混合型非离子表面活性剂有一定的增敏作用,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为2.92×105L·mol-1·cm-1,W(Ⅵ)与DBARPF形成稳定的1∶4水溶性络合物.钨(Ⅵ)含量在0~320μg/L范围服从比尔定律,大多数金属离子不影响钨(Ⅵ)的测定,尤其是与钨(Ⅵ)化学性质相似的钼(Ⅵ)的干扰可以有效地消除.该分析方法可用于合金钢中微量钨的测定. In the presence of mixed nonionic surfactant (Triton X-100 and Emulsifying ageneop), the photometric analysis properties of color reaction of 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-[3,5-dibromo-4-(2,4-dihydroxy)Phenylazo]phenylfluorone (DBARPF)with tungsten(Ⅵ) were studied, and a new method was established to determine microquantity tungsten by spectrophotometry. In 0.32 mol/L hydrochloric acid medium, Tungsten (Ⅵ)reacted with DBARPF to form a complex with maximum absorption at 538 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.92×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), Tungsten (Ⅵ)reacted with DBARPF to form a 1∶4 stable complex. It indicated the effect of chromogenic enhancement for color reaction was greatly produced by mixed micelle. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-320 μg Tungsten (Ⅵ) per L. Most metal ions do not interfere with determination of tungsten (Ⅵ),and especially the interference of molybdenum (Ⅵ), which is similar to tungsten (Ⅵ) in chemical property. The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of tungsten in alloys steel samples.
