摘 要: 本文把现代组织观的演变历程置于进化论框架下加以考察,初步得出一个关于组织进化的梯度模型,以刻划组织变革及其理论发展的历史轨迹,并从进化逻辑上原则性启示面向未来的组织发展理念,进而认为推动组织发展进化的根本动因在于环境改变,以及对未来组织进化观的形成及其进化的动力来源和被选择的目标组织“基因”等作出了适当的推论。 A gradient model about organizational evolution is preliminarily obtained to score historical track of organizational change and theoretical development, and organizational development idea facing future is revealed from evolutional logic in principle, therefore basic cause of driving organizational evolution is thought of as environmental change, and proper deduction is worked out with formation of organizational evolutism in future and power source of evolution and organizational' gene' of the selected goal etc.
