摘 要: 研究了活性MnO2 液相选择氧化紫苏醇合成紫苏醛的反应。结果表明 :以活性MnO2 作氧化剂 ,乙酸乙酯作溶剂 (15mL) ,紫苏醇 0 .76 g(5mmol) ,m (紫苏醇 )∶m (MnO2 ) =1∶4 ,回流反应 4h ,紫苏醇转化率可达99.7% ,紫苏醛收率在 70 Selective oxidation of perillyl alcohol to perillyl aldehyde is studied with active MnO 2. The results show that active MnO 2 can be used to oxidize perillyl alcohol to perillyl aldehyde selectively, and conversion of perillyl alcohol is 99.7%, yield of perillyl aldehyde is over 70% under optimum reaction conditions with ethyl acetate as a solvent, refluxing for 4h,m(perillyl alcohol) ∶m(MnO 2)=1 ∶4.
