摘　　要： 技术联盟是一把双刃剑,可以结合市场的灵活性和企业内部的协调功能,由于其组织特性,容易产生合作风险,因技术联盟存在的问题,可以从完善技术合作协议、合理安排战略构架以及平衡技术创新组合几个方面设计进行应对。 Technological link is a two-blade sword which can combine the market's flexibility and the internal collocation of the enterprises. Because of its features in organization, it is prone to result in cooperative risk. Therefore, countermeasures can be taken from the aspects of bettering technological cooperative agreement, arranging reasonably the strategic scheme and balancing technological innovation.
