摘 要: 本文通过盆栽试验研究了不同酸度酸雨处理对华南地区花生土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌数量的影响。结果表明,pH3.5及以下酸雨处理对花生土壤真菌数量具有较大的抑制作用;在绝大多数生长时期,pH4.0及以下酸雨处理对花生土壤放线菌数量具有较大的抑制作用;pH4.5及以下酸雨处理在花生生长前期对土壤细菌数量具有促进作用,在花生生长中后期却具有较大的抑制作用。酸雨对土壤三大微生物类群的影响表现出不同的规律,具有一定的复杂性。 Effect of simulated acid rain on the main microbial strains in peanut soil was investigated by pot experiments.The result indicated that the acid rain of which pH value were below 3.5 have significant inhibition on the number of soil fungi. In most stages, the acid rain of which pH values were below 4.0 had significant inhibition on the number of soil actinomyces. The acid rain of which pH values were below 4.5 promote the number of soil bacteria in the earlier stage but have significant inhibition on the number of soil bacteria in the medium and later stage.
