摘　　要： 利用紧凑式连轧机轧制了基板厚度为2.0mm,筋高为1.5mm的纵凸筋钢板,得到了筋底压下率对筋高、宽展率及真实延伸率的影响规律,以及凸筋沿宽向的分布规律等。试验也正实了经连轧一次就能得到所要求的纵凸筋钢板,因而本设计是可行的。 The 2.0mm thick strip steel with longitudinal ribs whose height is 1.5mm is obtained by rolling with a compact tandem mill, and the effect of reduction on height of ribs, spread ratio and stretching ratio is obtained, the distribution of height of ribs along with the width of strip is obtained as well. The experiment has proved that the strip with longitudinal ribs can be obtained by continuous rolling just one time. So the design is suitable for producing strip steel with longitudinal ribs.
