摘　　要： 根据我国具有一定规模的企业创新状况 ,构建了企业技术创新能力的指标体系 .运用模糊数学方法 ,对企业技术创新能力进行综合评价 ,为客观评价、及时调整企业技术创新战略提供了客观依据 。 The comprehensive index system of evaluation for corporation′s capability of technology innovation is set up by the larger corporation′s status of technology innovation in China. The capability of technology innovation will be estimated with the method of fuzzy. Impersonality gist of adjusting the stratagem of corporation technology innovation in time and impersonality estimate is offered. It will be in favor of improving the corporation′s capability of technology innovation.
