摘 要: 液态金属挤压是一种全新的液态成形方法。它克服了液态模锻过程塑性变形量小的不足,使液态金属在经受压力下凝固的同时,加上大塑性流动,从而使组织在压力下结晶。这样在高温下挤压效应和流动-形变凝固效应等强韧化机制的作用下,改变液态模锻组织为塑性变形组织,其强度和韧性指标必将大幅度提高。为验证这一理论,进行了大量试验工作,其结果与原分析相吻合。为该工艺研究、开发及应用提供了理论依据。 The liquid extrusion has been given on the basis of the theoretical research andthe experimental research of liquid forging.It makes liquid metal solidify under high pressureand then undergo plastical deformation,so the alloys structure is changed from the structure ofliquid forging into the structure of large deformation.The causes of the strengthened mecha-nism includes the crystallizing under pressure,the plastieal flow of extrusion and the flow of thequasi-solidified metal.So that mechanical properties of alloys have risen greatly.A great deal ofexperimental work has been performed,and the results have coincided with the one.
