摘　　要： 有效的制度安排对企业技术创新具有重要的激励作用。本文从新制度经济学的视野入手 ,根据我国企业技术创新激励不足的现实状况 ,分析企业技术创新的特征及与制度安排的紧密联系 ,从企业。 Effective institutional system will be an important stimulus to the technological innovation of enterprises.
