摘 要: 岭回归分光光度法是一种较新的分析方法。本文首次将该法应用于四组分体系———复方阿魏酸钠胶囊成药的分析研究,文中详细介绍了该方法的基本原理和具体的分析步骤;并对岭参数选择从理论上做了初步探讨。实验结果表明:该法对样品中各组分的平均回收率在98.9%~101%之间;变异系数在1.3%~2.3%之间,结果较为满意。与现行分析方法比较,本方法具有简便、快速、适宜于计算机联机分析等特点。 Ridge regression spectrophotometry proposed in the 1960's is first used in this paper to the analysis of a patent medicine——compound sodium ferulic acid capsule divided into four components,the basic principle and analytical step of the approach described in detail,and the selection of ridge parameters tentatively studied.The experimental results show that the recovery ratio of each component ranges from 98.9% to 101%,and the variation coefficient from 1.03% to 2.3%—satisfactory results.As compared with the conventional methods,this approach is simple,rapid and suitable for the computer-aid analysis.
