摘 要: 本文利用等离子体光谱诊断法对水下焊接电弧温度进行了比较系统的研究。文中对水下湿法焊接与干法焊接的电弧温度进行了对比分析,讨论了水的冷却作用及水压力对水下电弧温度的影响,此外还对焊接规范、焊条药皮中铁粉的含量等因素对水下焊接电弧温度的影响作了较详细的探讨。本研究工作对水下焊接电弧物理及焊接冶金的研究有参考价值。 In this paper the temperature of underwater welding arc is investigated systematically by means of spectral diagnostics of plasma. The comparison of arc temperature between undetwater wet and dry welding is made and the influences of water cooling and pressure on are temperature are considered. Furthermore, the factors influencing are temperature, such as welding current and iron powder content in coating are also discussed in detail. This research is significant and valuable to the study of underwater welding arc physics.
