摘　　要： 风景名胜区的开发与旅游的开发紧密相关。当前,风情旅游已成为国际旅游的热点,这源于人们回归自然、回归历史的思源心理。文中介绍了风情文化在风景名胜区开发中的意义,并结合贵州国家级风景名胜区湃阳河风景区总体规划中的自然风景资源与风情资源优势,综合提出了湃阳河风景名胜区总体规划中的风情构思和规划体系,提出了风土村、田园村、旅游村、风情中心及民俗博物馆五类风情旅游开发项目;同时结合风景名胜区的开发与保护,提出了控制景区人口密度、防止环境恶化的一些具体建议、措施与保护规划。 The development of the beauty spots is very closely related with the development of tourism.The culture of local conditions and customs of tourism has come into fashion in the world now.This is due to the human being's psychology and yearning to return to nature and history.This paper seizes on the meaning of the culture of local conditions and customs in the development of the famous scenery area and raises a new issue by combining the local resources and customs with the overall planning of the Wuyang River Famous Scenery Area. It puts forward,in a comprehensive way,some conceptions of the culture of local conditions and customs and the system of planning.There are five development projects in the plan- ning.Some villages are integrated with the culture of local conditions and customs;some vil- lages are characterized by rural scenery;some are designed for tourism purpose,and some are built as folk culture museums.The paper combines the development of the famous scenery area with environmental protection and presents some proposals and protective mea- sures to prevent the pollution of the enviroment in the Wuyang River area,in the hope that they may be useful for the overall planning of the Wuyang River Famous Scenery Area.
