摘　　要： 以广州石牌高校区的高新技术企业为调查对象,通过问卷调查的方式,对该区内高新技术企业人才流入的来源、方式和原因,人才流出状况与原因,人才流动过程中存在的主要障碍等问题进行调查分析,在此基础上得出高新技术企业人才流动的原因与特点,并对如何促进高新技术企业人才合理流动提出了自己的看法。 After using the method of questionnaire investigations of enterprises in the scientific and technological zone surrounded the university area in Shipai, Guangzhou. The paper carries on investigations and analysis on the sources, methods and causes of talents flow; the main obstacles existed in the course of talents flow, and some other questions in the scientific and technological enterprises in the region. Based on this, the paper shows the causes and characteristics of talents flow in the scientific and technological enterprises and puts forward its suggestions on how to promote the reasonable talents flow in the scientific and technological enterprises.
