摘 要: 以特性粘度为表征量,用四因素三水平正交实验和单因素实验研究了K_2S_2O_8引发木素磺酸钙接枝丙烯酰胺过程中多种因素对接枝产物特性粘度的影响,这些因素包括引发剂的用量、丙烯酸胺用量、反应温度、反应时间等,得出了最佳的反应条件为:K_2S_2O_8用量0.5×10^(-2)mol/L,丙烯酰胺用量1.4mol/L,反应温度50℃,反应时间2.5h;将接枝共聚物用于碱性品红染料的脱色处理,可获得较好的脱色效果,脱色率可达85.6%,脱色量180mg/g。 Orthogonal experiments of four-factor and tri-level were conducted to study the graft reaction of lignin with acrylamide, the intrin- sic viscosity was chosen as an aim value. Moreover; the initiator K_2S_2O_2 dosage, acrylamide concentration, reaction temperature and time etc.were optimized.It could be concluded that the satisfactory copolymer of lignin with acrylamide could be synthesized under optimum con- ditions of 0.5×10^(-2) mol/L of K_2S_2O_8, 1.4 mol/L of acrylamide, 50℃ of reaction temperature and 2.5 hour of reaction time. Furthermore, the discoloring test of basic Magenta with the copolymer product was carried out, about 85.6% of the discoloring rate could be achieved. the discoloring capability of the copolymer could reach 180 mg dye per gram.
