摘　　要： 企业技术创新绩效的多级模糊综合评价是一项对企业技术创新行为进行监督管理的新制度,这套评价指标体系,能够充分揭示企业发展过程的内在规律,确保企业长远发展目标的实现。通过企业技术创新绩效多级指标的分解,制定、设计一套合理的评价指标体系,利用模糊数学方法对企业技术创新绩效进行多级模糊综合评价,可以对企业的技术创新状况进行科学判断,有利于企业进行技术创新。 The multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal of enterprise technological innovation performance is a new system to supervise enterprise technological innovation behavior. This set of evaluation index system can fully reveal the inherent law in the development of the enterprise so that the goal for long-term development of the enterprise can be achieved. Based on the analysis of the multistage index of enterprise's technological innovation performance, we can make a set of rational evaluation index systems and utilize the fuzzy mathematics method to carry on multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal of the technological innovation performance of an enterprise, thus scientifically judge the technological innovation states of the enterprise, and help the enterprise carry on technological innovation.
