摘 要: 根据高温气固悬浮试验台的结构设计和实验方法的特点 ,采用阶跃信号测试法确定系统的动态特性参数 ,获取系统的传递函数 ,并分析了影响动态特性参数的各项因素 .研究表明温度和流量是影响动态特性参数的主要因素 ,气体浓度对动态特性参数影响不大 。 According to the structure design and characteristic of experimental method of high temperature gas-solid suspension reactor, a step-function signal test method was used to determine the dynamic characteristic parameters and obtain the transfer function. The influencing factors of dynamic characteristic were analyzed. The results indicate that the temperature and flow rate are main factors of influencing the dynamic characteristic parameter. The concentration has a little effect on dynamic characteristic parameter suggesting that transfer function can be used to express the relation between the reaction district gas concentration and measured concentration of flue gas analyzer.
