摘　　要： 中国的金融学及其学科发展面临诸多问题。从现代金融学的研究前沿入手,对新涉及的四个主要领域的内容进行研究,发现公司金融、定价与证券组合管理、金融市场与制度和国际金融管理领导了现代金融学的发展潮流,对中国金融学的建立和发展有现实意义。 China's finance, as an academic subject, and its development are faced with considerable problems. The essay, starting from the research frontier of modern finance, conducts a study on the contents of the latest concerned four major fields, finding that these four major fields (Corporate Finance, Pricing and Portfolio Management, Financial Market and Institute, and International Financial Management) are leading the development trend of modern finance, having a practical significance for the establishment and development of China's finance.
