摘 要: 中医骨伤科学是一门临床实践能力和动手操作能力要求极高的学科。我们利用临床实验室和骨折仿真实验模型,对我校1999级骨伤科方向学生进行前臂双骨折仿真临床模拟实验教学。通过研究观察可见,两组学生在基本理论测评中,表现并没有显著差别;但是在手法整复测评和夹板固定测评中,前后两次表现差别显著。通过对教学效果和方法的评测与探讨,认为前臂双骨折仿真临床模拟实验教学方法,不但激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习主动性,而且打破学生学习思维局限,增强临床思维能力,对于培养学生临床实践能力和动手能力,提高学生临床综合素质,教学效果良好。 Orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine is a discipline, which requires extremely high ability to do clinical work. We conducted simulated fracture experiment in teaching students of the year 1999 of this major. Research observation showed no marked difference between two groups of students in the test of basic theories. Yet marked difference was found in the test of bone-setting techniques. Evaluation and discussion made on both the teaching effect and method point out that the fracture experiment teaching method may not only stimulate students' interest in learning, improve their initiative to learn, but also break their thinking limit, foster their thinking ability, help train their ability in clinical practice, increase their comprehensive ability in clinics. Good teaching effect is thus attained.
