大鼠肾脏移植的应用解剖

摘  要: 目的:为大鼠肾移植术式设计提供解剖学依据.方法:30只SD大鼠,体重250~280g,雌雄各半,采用活体解剖的方法,观察腹主动脉及其分支、后腔静脉及其属支的走行,测量有关血管口径.结果:腹腔动脉起始处腹主动脉直径(2.28±0.15)mm,腹腔动脉、肠系膜前动脉两者间距(3.28±0.31)mm,左肾动脉下方0.8cm处腹主动脉直径(1.37±0.13)mm,肠系膜前动脉起始处直径(1.29±0.09)mm,左肾动脉起始处直径(0.79±0.09)mm,左肾静脉入后腔静脉处直径(2.75±0.20)mm,中点直径(2.18±0.40)mm,长度(9.45±1.03)mm.结论:本文的结果为设计大鼠肾移植术式提供了解剖学基础. Objective: To provide the anatomical basis for rat kidney transpl antation. Methods: Thirty adult male and female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, weig hing 250~280g, were used for this study. Arteria abdominalis, vena cava caudalis and their branches were observed. Interrelated vessel sizes were carefully meas ured in the meantime. Results: The diameter of arteria abdominalis at the origin of arteria coeliaca was (2.28±0.15)mm, the distance between arteria coeliaca a nd arteria mesenterica cranialis was (3.28±0.31)mm, the diameter of arteria abd ominalis 0.8cm below left kidney artery was (1.37±0.13)mm, the diameter of arte ria mesenterica cranialis and left renal artery at their origin was (1.29±0.09) mm, and (0.79±0.09)mm respectively. The diameter of left renal vein at its midp oint and end were (2.18±0.40)mm, and (2.75±0.20)mm respectively, and its lengt h was (9.45±1.03)mm. Conclusion: The data of related vessel diameters are anato mic basement of operational design for kidney transplantation in rat.
