摘　　要： 通过对滨水地区的历史变迁 ,分析滨水地区的系统性、复杂性、敏感性、兼容性、共享性及个性等6个特性 ,结合当前城市经济、社会等因素 ,从空间景观、地区气候、功能组织、土地价值、人文价值、社会公众性各个方面阐述滨水地区的开发策略及实施方法。建立有效的开发机制 ,通过滨水地区的更新整合 ,来带动城市的经济发展 ,实现可持续发展的城市战略目标。 The development stategy and implementing methods of a water front are expounded from space landscape, regional climate, functional organ, land value, human value, social publicity etc, by combining current urban economy and society etc, and analyzing the systematicness, complexity, sensitivity, compatibility, sharing and character etc, according to the changes of history of a water front. The urban strategy target of sustainable development is realized through renewing and integrating water fronts to promote urban economic development baded on establishing an effective developing mechanism.
