纸机湿部化学现场分析

摘  要: 用电荷理论分析新疆博湖苇业公司纸机湿部化学情况,找出了纸机湿部系统不稳定、纸张孔 洞多、色纸花斑等问题的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。 The wet end chemistry environment was investigated on the site of Xinjiang Bohu Reed Industry Co.Ltd. The company produces copy paper,offset book printing-paper,color paper etc. .mainly using reed pulp with some NBKP as the balance. It was found that shortage of cationic chemical and incorrect adding position of A12(SO4)3 caused unstable wet end environment and therefore created the pin holes on the paper. In order to solve the problems we suggested that A12(SO4)3 should be added in the entry of the stabling box,and the retention aids should be CPAM instead of APAM. On the other hand the red paper produced on PM4 had the problem of speckle pattern,it was due to the talc filler mixing with certain amount of CaCO3,therefore,the talc filler without CaCO3 was recommended.
