摘 要: 未来的虚拟制造系统主要是基于Internet/Intranet的多agent系统,虚拟制造的各种模型要求数据的通用性、统一性和完整性。本文提出虚拟制造系统应采用STEP标准,统一描述产品全生命周期模型数据。而在基于网络的数据交换时,则采用STEP与XML相结合的数据模式,达到设计者与设计者之间、设计者对其它异构数据资源的共享和重用,根据STEP的EXPRESS语言与XML语言特点建立匹配关系,设计了一个SX-Viewer转换器,最后用实例实现EXPRESS与XML映射的XML schema,证明了此种方案的可行性和实用性。 The Virtual Manufacture is Multi-Agent systems based on Internet/Intranet in the future,and the models data of virtual manufacture have to be common, unity and complete. Thearticle suggest that the virtual manufacture system, including the data model of exist periodof the products, should be described by STEP. Moreover, by using STEP-XML, the re-source can be shared and captured by designers with ease on the net. Based on the estab-lished relationship of EXPRESS and XML, a brand new SX-Viewer is designed which anprovable example is followed that it can translate EXPRESS to XML by XML schema atlast.
