摘　　要： 伴随着我国社会转型与现代化的进程,现阶段出现了农民大规模进城务工的现象。他们推动了中国的城市化和现代化进程,如何认识这次人口流动具有重要意义。本文着重分析了“民工潮”对社会福利的影响以及如何对其进行有序引导。 As the economy developing, there are more and more peasant workers in China. They have speed the step of modernization. How to realize this flow of population is of great importance. In this paper, I analyze its influence on the social walfare, and also put forward some suggestions for enhancing their level of lives.
