摘　　要： 目前,我国很多高等院校都在推行学分制,但实施学分制受到很多条件的制约,尤其是地方院校在实施学分制时面临更多的问题。由此,地方院校应实事求是,加强领导,加强师资队伍及后勤和教学保障系统的建设,努力实现教学管理现代化,从而推进学分制教学管理模式良好地运行。 At present, many institutions of higher learning in our country are pursuing the credit system, which, however, has encountered a lot of barriers and restrictions. Those local colleges and universities face even more problems while pursuing the credit system. In order to make the teaching management mode of the credit system run well, this article puts forward some countermeasures in solving these problems as follows: seeking truth from facts; practicing more management on the credit system; strengthening the building of logistics and teaching security system; making teaching management more modernized, etc.
