摘 要: 针对某电子模块用加成型系列有机硅灌封材料体系 ,选用新型活性抑制剂 ,有效控制硅橡胶的硫化速度 ,并分析了导热型硅橡胶硫化过程中催化剂失效的原因 ,采取有效的防失效方法 。 The proper activity controller agent and its effective activity retarding action in the silicone elastomer hydrosilylation vulcanization system were obtained for one kind of pouring silicone rubber dielectric used in electronic mould.The cause of catalyst poisoning and poisoning inhibitation method were obtained experimentally which can be used in actual application for the pouring silicone rubber system and the vulcanization rubber stickiness problem is solved.
