摘　　要： The synthesis method to make a kind of polyurethane soft plastics by water and dichloromethane as the foaming agent, organic tin and ammonine as the catalyst, organic silicone as a stabilizer were investigated. A technological way to make polyurethane soft plastics is proposed by means of repetitious experiments.
