摘 要: 测量了牛血清蛋白不同pH值和不同离子强度NaCl水溶液中的渗透压 ,计算了渗透第二维里系数 ,按照Prausnitz提出的分子热力学模型计算了蛋白质之间的静电排斥能、色散吸引能和离子排斥体积产生的吸引势能 ,并对这三种势能与溶液pH值和离子强度的变化关系进行讨论。 Using improved osmometers similar to those described by Viker et al,we measured the osmotic pressure of aqueous bovine serum albumin(BSA)solutions at four pH values(4.5,4.8,5.4,7.4)and at four sodium chloride concentrations(0.15M,1M,3M,5M).The osmotic second virial coefficients for BSA were calculated from the osmotic-pressure data.According to the molecular thermodynamic model presented by Prausnitz,the electrostatic repulsion potential attractive dispersion potential and the ion-excluded-volume potential have been calculated.The dependences of the three potentials on solution pH and on ionic strength were also discussed.
