摘 要: 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了锆钛酸铅 (PZT)的纳米粉体 ,通过热压的方法制备了锆钛酸铅与偏氟乙烯和三氟乙烯的共聚物形成的 0 3型复合材料 (PZT/P(VDF TrFE) ) ,并对其进行了频域和时域介电测量 .研究结果表明 ,复合材料的介电常数随PZT的体积分数的增加而增大 ,在PZT体积分数约为 70 %时出现最大值 ,并对该结果作了定性解释 .时域测量结果表明 ,在PZT/P(VDF TrFE) 0 3复合材料中存在 PZT nano-power and PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)0-3 composite have been prepared by sol-gel and hot-press methed respectively.Dielectric measurements of PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)0-3 composite in frequency domain and time domain were carried out.Experimental results shown that the dielectric constant of composite increase with the volume fraction of PZT and appear a maxmum near the 70%.Qualitative analyses of the results obtained in frequency domain were also presented.The results obtained in time domain indicate that there are three kinds of dielectric relaxation in PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)0-3 composite.
