摘 要: 在分析了国内注塑模具设计软件开发过程中存在缺陷的基础上 ,开展了面向装配的注塑模具设计方法的研究 ;采用基于广义环图树的装配模型 ,运用图形库与数据库相结合的方法 ,开发了标准模架库 ,并提供了建库工具 ;采用基于特征的设计方法 ,通过定义分型面 ,由塑料制品直接生成成型零件 ;通过分析模具开模、脱模和合模运动的特点 ,实现了模具运动模拟仿真 ,从而确保了模具结构设计的合理性 .同时 ,在InteSolid造型系统上实现了注塑模具CAD系统的原型研究 。 Based on the analysis of the trouble with the domestic development process of the designed software for plastic injection molds, the methods of injection mold design for assembly were studied. The assembly model based on the General Circle Graph Tree was used to develop a standard injection mold base by combining the graph library with the database. Tools for building the base were also provided. By using the feature-based design method and defining the parting surface, parts can be directly formed from plastic products. Moreover, mold movement simulation was implemented by analyzing the characteristics of mold opening, stripping and closing, thus ensuring the reasonability of mold design. Furthermore, a prototype system of injection mold CAD was developed by using the InteSolid as the developing platform, and a design example was finally given.
