摘 要: 复合型微生物絮凝剂是采用廉价底物经过多株菌混合发酵后制得的微生物絮凝剂。通过实验测定复合型微生物絮凝剂的絮凝效果。以松花江源水和强酸性废水为对象,测定出了絮凝剂的最佳投加量、最佳pH值范围和助凝剂CaCl2的投加量。实验表明,对于不同的水质,絮凝剂投加量不同,松花江源水的最佳投加量在14mL/L左右;对于酸性废水,投加量要高一些。最佳pH值在7.5左右。复合型微生物絮凝剂需要投加助凝剂才能起到絮凝效果,投加10%氯化钙1.5mL/L就可以达到最佳絮凝效果。温度对絮凝率的影响极小,并且沉降曲线表明,在10 ℃时,沉降所需时间最短。 Combined microbial flocculation agent is produced by adopting the cheap bottom material and mixing and fermenting bacterial strain, and its flocculation effect is determined by the experiments. The paper introduces the determination of the optimum dosage of flocculation, the optimum pH spectrum and the dosage of coagulant aidcalcium chloride(CaCl2), based on the fountainhead of Songhua River and strong acidic wastewater. The experiments indicate that the flocculation dosage to be added varies with the water quality. The optimum dosage for the fountainhead of Sonhua River is about 14 mL/L and for the acidic wastewater, the dosage needs to be increased. The optimum pH spectrum is about 7.5.Combined microbial flocculation agent is rendered effective by adding coagulant aid. The optimum flocculation efficiency comes from adding 10 % CaCl2 1.5 mL/L. Meanwhile, the effect of temperature on flocculation efficiency is very little, and settling involves the shortest possible time at 10 ℃, as shown by settling curves.
