摘 要: 以酸性黑染料废水为处理对象,对多相催化氧化处理工艺中的铜系催化剂进行研究.结果表明:各种载体中以活性炭、α-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3为载体制得铜催化剂的活性较高;负载量越大,COD及色度去除率越大;在酸性黑染料废水降解初期会引起COD和色度急剧增大,增大的多少及达到极值点的时间与所用催化剂紧密相关. The treatment of dye wastewater by multi-phase catalytic oxidation over copper catalyst has been studied. The results show that these catalysts of copper supported by activated carbon,α-Al_2O_3 and γ-Al_2O_3 have high catalytic activation in the reaction, and the more the load of copper is supported, the higher the COD and color removal rate of the dye wastewater is.In addition, the COD and color can increase rapidly in the initial stage of dye wastewater degraded, the quantity increased and the time spent when the COD reaches the maximum are closely related to the catalyst used.
