摘　　要： 教学方法的研究是教学改革的重要内容。以广州体院96级、97级本科生为研究对象,设计并运用了跨栏跑技术 教学的"分层'完整教学法'"。通过教学实验研究,结果表明:新教法教学总体效果优于传统的常规教法。 The study of teaching method is importinent content of teaching reform, this paper took the collehe stuents of Grade 96 and Grade 97 in Guangzhou Physical Education Institute as subjects to design and apply the divided layers of complete teching method to hurdle teaching. Reaching. Results of experiments show that new teaching method is much better.
