摘 要: 以基于ATMS的共用信息平台的逻辑结构、构成要素、基本功能、数据库组织方案为主线,首先阐述了基于ATMS共用信息平台在ITS建设中的重要地位,描述了共用信息平台所提供的基础交通信息的内容,同时提出了共用信息平台的逻辑结构,把共用信息平台划分为三个结构层次,提出了共用信息平台所具备的功能,及它们之间的关系;然后介绍了数据融合、数据仓库、数据挖掘等关键技术,具体分析了共用信息平台采集数据时所要考虑的因素;最后以分布式数据库为基础着重分析和探讨了基于ATMS的共用信息平台的数据库组织方案,在此基础上初步提出了建设共用信息平台的两条基本思路,并分析了它们的优缺点. This paper presents logical structure, basic functionality, inscape, and organization proposal of database of the common information platform based on ATMS. Firstly the importance of the common information platform based on ATMS and the context of the fundamental traffic information provided by the common information platform are expatiated. Secondly, the common information platform is divided into three structural levels according to its logical structure. The functions of the common information platform are introduced, and the relationships of these functions are showed. Thirdly, key technologies, such as data fusion, data warehouse and data mining, are introduced and the factors are analyzed which should be considered when the common information platform is collecting data. At last, database organization of the common information platform based on ATMS is analyzed and discussed emphatically according to the distributed database. Two basic methods of building the common information platform are put forward, with the advantages and disadvantages of the methods discussed.
