摘 要: 采用无机盐溶胶-凝胶法制备了颗粒均匀的针状SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+),纳米粉体,研究了纳米SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)发光粉体的固相反应过程及成相规律。通过TG-DAT分析和 X射线衍射的结果分析了样品的固相反应过程和物相组成,通过扫描电镜对纳米SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)粉体的微观结构和表面形态进行表征。 The sol-gel process of preparing the needle-like nano-SrAl_2O_4: Eu^(2+), Dy^(3+)luminescent powders were reported systematically in this paper. The solid state reaction process and phase forming law of the Nanometer Luminescent Powers of SrAl_2O_4: Eu^(2+)、Dy^3 were studied, The crystal forming process and structures were checked by means of TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction. The surface morphology and microstructure of samples were observed by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
