摘 要: 研究高吸水树脂(SAP)作为种衣剂,在模拟干旱条件下,不同药种比包衣对玉米种子发芽和生长的影响。结果表明:合理包衣后种子发芽率、幼苗的茎长、茎重、叶重等指标均显著增加,叶绿素含量有所增加,多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性提高,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量降低。这说明高吸水树脂种衣剂包衣处理玉米种子能促进玉米幼苗生长发育,提高细胞膜的稳定性,增加幼苗的抗病性。最适的药种比为1∶60。 This paper deals with the super absorbent polymer which is used as seed coating and its effect on the germination and growth of corn seed in artificial drought conditions.The germination rate, stem length and the weight of leaf and stem of the treated corn seeds increased obviously in comparison with those of the seedling from untreated seeds.The MDA(malonaldehyde) in all treated seedlings decreased,the chlorophyll content and the activities of the disease resistance-related enzymes PPO(polyphenol oxidase) increased.Results showed that the super absorbent polymer seed coating played an important role in improving the growth and inducing the activity of disease resistance-related enzymes in seedlings for its keeping-water ability, and it would be beneficial to the disease control and the increase of corn yield.Besides,the results showed that the best ratio was 1∶60.
