摘 要: 黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaetechrysosporium)5.776在限氮高锰培养基中产生较高的锰过氧化物酶。通过对初始发酵培养基的优化条件研究,对原培养基进行优化/g·L-1):葡萄糖,10;酒石酸铵,0.37(2mmol);吐温80,1;Mn2+,9.9×10-6;于34℃静置培养5d;产MnP活力达1200U·L-1,比优化前提高了近17倍。 White-rot fungi Phanerochaete chrysosporium 5. 776 produce extracellular ferment MnP. In high-Mn low-nitrogen medium,high enzyme activity of Mn-peroxidase (MnP) was detected. Under the optimum condition study of initially fermentation culture,optimizing initially culture (gram per liter): glucose, 10;diammonium tartrate,0.37(2mmol);Tween80,1; Mn^(2+), 9.9 μg; The culture temperature was 34℃.Under above conditions,the strain produced MnP activity up to 1 200 U·L^(-1) during 5 days stationary culture ,which increased almost 17 times than that of initially fermentation culture.
