摘　　要： 在互联网迅猛发展的时代,从WEB上浏览和下载成为人们获取信息的主要途径。但是网络的拥挤、带宽的限制等因素造成了网络信息交互速度的下降,优化WEB性能、提高网络速度就成为业内人士悉心关注的问题。为此,针对WEB优化的标准和策略问题,阐述了优化JAVA代码的各种方法,用以降低网络延迟,提高吞吐量和网络访问的效率,从而使WEB性能得到优化。 At the time of the great development of the Internet, it is the important way to obtain information that people browse the web site and download materials. But network crash and limit of bandwidth cause the decline of network speed in exchanging information. So, optimization web performance and improve the network speed become what all experts pay more attention to. In this article, it is illuminated how to optimize Java code to decline the network delay, improve the throughput and efficiency, and tune the web performance.
