摘　　要： 政党政治与依法治国是当代政治生活的世界性历史潮流 ,正确处理好党法关系具有重要的理论和实践意义。民主与法治本是一对天生的孪生姊妹 ;推行法治方略、树立法律权威、实现中国的民主与法治现代化 。 Party politics and nomocracy are the world uide historical trend in nowaday political life. It's of theoretic and practical significance to deal well with the relationship between the party and the law. Democracy and nomacracy are twin sisters in origin, and the democracy inside the ministerial Party must be perfected in order to implement the strategy of nomocracy, set up the law anthority and realize China's modernization of democracy and nomocracy.
