有机短纤维增强橡胶复合材料研究进展
SOME NEW ADVANCES IN RESEARCH OF SHORT ORGANIC FIBER-REINFORCED RUBBER COMPOSITE

摘  要: 在总结前期工作的基础上,综述了最近五年来短纤维-橡胶复合材料在短纤维预处理与界面粘合、混合与分散、取向及其表征等方面的最新研究成果,并作简明展望。 Particulate filler reinforcement still dominates the rubber industry, while short fiber reinforcement has been used for a considerable time to enhance certain properties and cheapen the compound. Short fiber-reinforced rubber composites attracted attention of more and more researchers due to their advantages on the unique mechanical properties, less pollution and cost reduction. Based on the authors′ work in this field from 1986, the latest developments and achievements in research of short organic fiber-reinforced rubber composite in the past five years were reviewed with the newest references, including short fiber pretreating, interfacial adhesion, blending, dispersion, orientation and its representation, etc. Brief visions were also presented.
