摘 要: 采用分光光度法 ,以硫酸铁铵为显色剂测定微量环己酮肟。讨论了吸收波长、显色时间、酸量、氧化剂量和显色剂量等对测量结果的影响 ,通过正交实验确定了最佳显色条件。所测表观摩尔吸光系数为5 .886× 10 3L/ (mol·cm) ,线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 1.75mg/L ,平均加标回收率为 98.3 7%~ 10 9.3 %。 A spectrophotometry method was used to determine trace cyclohexanone oxime with ammonio-ferric sulphate as a color-producing reagent. The effects of absorption wavelength,developing time and the amounts of acid,oxidant and color-producing reagent on measurement results were discussed. The color producing conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment. The apparent molar absorptivity was 5.886×10 3 L/(mol·cm),the linear range 0.05-1.75 mg/L,the average recovery of sample addition 98.37%-109.3%.
